the liverpool and blackburn match was nothing but an over-exaggerated group of men running around faking injuries. i wanted liverpool to win, and they did. but at the same time, it wasn't the kind of victory i had anticipated. it started off with cisse faking an injury and causing his opponent to receive the dreaded yellow card. and when they showed the replay of that few seconds of him falling, you could actually see that there wasn't even contact between the two players. i was rather disappointed at cisse's performance. so many chances, so many misses, even when the goalkeeper wasn't guarding the damn post.

then again, blackburn caused him a broken leg last year. so you could say it was one of the many ways retribution came into play.

and i must add, it was a good move to let gerrard sit in today. i wouldn't risk him getting hurt before the fa cup semis this saturday. a must-watch!

in 8 hours time, i'd wake up to a new day. its time to start studying seriously for my exams. wish me luck!!
